Unregistered Colonies

The galaxy is a large, vast, open three dimensional plane of stars, gas, planets, and debris. There are billions of stars, trillions of planets, and so much empty space you could drift for years at ten percent the speed of light yet not get any closer to safety. The Federation is large and powerful, but it has too many problems with alien forces, rebellions, and traitors. These distractions allow desertion and illegal actions to be made, along with the colonization of planets without the help of the UCF. These planets are known and unknown, lost and found, deserted and populated. There are planets filled with secret Federation tech and planets covered in potatoes. These planets are called numbers, or given short but sweet titles. Occasionally they have no designation and just exist. These planets can be anywhere on the scale of heat, survivability, or inhabitation. What planets can you find here? What planets exist? Here, any colony that exists outside the federation can be listed. Here is the places the Federation doesn't control, or just don't want anyone to know about.
