The Flaye system is Delta Pavonis's closest Planetary system. Consisting of a grand total of 11 planets it is the blood of the United Citizen's Federation's Industry. Located 67 light years away from the Sol system it is the greatest producer of resources for the UCF with an abundance of materials used in ship, weapons, buildings and fuel productions.
Each planet in the Flaye system provides the UCF with everything they need. The Inner planets consisting of: Qelraar, Mitis, Dysnmia and Rolance provides the UCF with building materials for munitions and ship building resources. The Green belt planets housing 80% of the system's population provides food, medical and water supplies to passing Federal ships while the outer planets, mainly made up of Gas Giants provide Fuel for the federal ships.
Flaye is located on the border of Arachnid occupied territory, It is under constant threat of attacks. Prior to the Fall of Terra, Flaye received the second most protection from the UCF while mining operations continued. During the war more and more federal ships were forced to abandon the system to fight the faction known as the progenitors. This left Flaye in a vulnerable state, Residents of Flaye took up arms to protect their lands against the pirate invaders but when the bugs began their attacks they were no match. Weakened by the assaults the Governments of Flaye positioned the remaining UCF personnel to protect all the major factories until help returned.
Flaye now stands on the brink of collapsing with increased pirate and bug activity in the area, Pirates are reported plundering the factories for resources to build an Armada against the UCF. The remaining UCF troopers left behind to protect the factories fall by the millions.
